SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For the most part, Arielle Routhier Jewelry is handmade to order and will take 3-5 weeks to produce pieces from The Sterling Silver Collection. On the rare occasion we have your piece in stock, we will ship immediately. If you need a rush order, please contact ariellemrouthier@gmail.com. We will do our very best to make it happen! Once your item has been shipped, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number. Delivery times are estimates only and Arielle Routhier cannot be accountable for late deliveries caused by the postal system or delays through customs.
International purchases may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the recipient's country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, please contact your local customs office. Please note that we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
RETURNS
Since all of our jewelry is made to order just for you, we do not accept any returns for Arielle Routhier jewelry. However, we do want you to be happy with your jewels and are here to talk about any questions you may have. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at ariellemrouthier@gmail.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have. If you believe your piece to be faulty, please do not hesitate to email us. We require that you email ariellemrouthier@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We are more than happy to review and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair. If you are eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it as well as in the original packaging.
