Little creatures floating through sea and space, these Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone and White Diamond studs are our whimsical creations using celebrated ancient materials.

Ancient Egyptians including Cleopatra used it to create blue hued cosmetics such as their eyeshadows. In the Renaissance, painters ground the magical stone to make the richest ultramarine pigment used for skies and seas. Michelangelo used lapis lazuli powder for the blue colors in his frescoes for the Sistine Chapel.

The Moonstone has its very own purpose in history. Legend suggests it is a gem directly connected with the symbolism of the moon and deeply associated with women. It is considered a feminine stone, a lucky charm linked to the tides, the earth, mothers, emotions, and the cyclical nature of women.
